The Process

Although the process may be slightly different for this particular project, the majority of projects follow this development process:

• Initial consultation meeting to plan key design objectives and user goals
• Development and confirmation of design brief
• Initial mood boards, wireframes and structure concepts
• Prototyping to sign-off design and functionality
• Coding of project from approved concepts
• Revisions
• Extensive compatibility and user testing
• Sign-off

Expectations

Unless discussed otherwise, we require all assets (copy, imagery, specifications, etc.) prior to the start of the development process. This ensures we fully understand your requirements and can deliver the very best solution for you.

Especially in the early stages of the process, we like to have an open dialogue with you and will often require confirmation or clarification on points. Your response times will have an impact on the completion of the project and we suggest assigning someone as a point of contact for us to ensure there are no hold ups.

In turn, you can expect us to be responsive, provide regular updates and let you know of any questions as they arise.

Support After Launch

Our service doesn’t stop at the launch of your project. We provide free support during business hours; with the option of an additional, comprehensive maintenance contract should you require mission-critical 24/7 support. Additions or alterations to a project post-launch are charged at our standard hourly rate.

Fee Summary

Any page alterations, or indeed any works, carried out in addition to this quote would be charged at £80 per hour + VAT. All costs are confirmed up-front before any work is begun.

Fee Schedule

Our standard fee schedule is:

• 33% non-refundable deposit for works to be booked in and begun
• 33% on design sign-off prior to build
• Balance due on completion

Web hosting and on-going monthly maintenance contracts are charged by Direct Debit.
