Solution
We rebuilt the Road Runner Express platform from the ground up using the latest version of Magento, delivering a fast, flexible, and fully integrated courier booking system. One of the key challenges was retaining their distinctive branding — well-known from their fleet of vans across the UK — and translating it into a modern, user-friendly website that felt instantly familiar to their customers.
The new site syncs automatically with their Track-A-Parcel infrastructure, ensuring seamless real-time tracking from booking to delivery. We built a dynamic pricing calculator that provides instant quotes based on parcel dimensions, weight, and destination — streamlining the booking process and reducing support queries.
We also overhauled the payment workflow to simplify PCI DSS compliance, replacing outdated systems with a secure, scalable solution. The result is a clean, high-performance frontend paired with a powerful backend that gives the Road Runner team full control — removing the need for costly third-party maintenance.
